Terms of Use

1. Scope and Provider

These terms govern the use of the Warcraft III areas of analyseboard.com — the Being area for the BeingEsports leagues and the pro area. The provider is the operator of analyseboard.com (details in the imprint). Deviating terms of the user do not apply unless we expressly agree to them.

2. The Service

We provide analysis and scouting features for Warcraft III game data: league data and league replays from BeingEsports, public ladder data from W3Champions, and the analysis of your own replay files. Use is free of charge. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or permanent availability of third-party data, owe no minimum availability, and may change, limit or discontinue features.

3. Account and Access

Use requires a Warcraft III account with a confirmed email address. Registration details must be accurate, and your credentials must be kept secret. Access to the Being area is granted by the league team, access to the pro area by us; there is no entitlement to access. You can delete your account at any time on the account page.

4. Replay Uploads

You may only upload replay files you hold the necessary rights to, and no files with unlawful content. Uploaded files are visible only to you. Size and number of uploads are limited; we may remove uploads that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

In particular, you may not circumvent access restrictions or quotas (e.g. for scouting and uploads), disrupt or overload the infrastructure, scrape or resell data at scale, create multiple accounts to get around limits, or use the Service unlawfully. We may block or delete accounts that violate these terms.

6. Liability and Jurisdiction

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of material obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected. Analyses and statistics are no guarantee of competitive results.

"Warcraft" and "Warcraft III" are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.; the Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment or W3Champions.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of habitual residence. Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the provider.
